1. The app can store the name of the infraction or accolade, the date and time, where it occurred, the supervisor on duty, employer reaction, a photo/image, and a detailed description.

2. Employee Tracker Lite allows employers to keep track of employee infractions as well as accolades.

3. Records can be sent via email- whether it's just one or all the actions a particular employee has earned.

4. When you want to contact the employee, you have all the data you need right in your hands.

5. Enter an employee's name, then add infractions/accolades at your convenience.

6. Keep in mind this can be done for up to 5 employees in the lite version and an unlimited amount in the pro version.

7. You can customize the app to input just about any actions you want.

8. The layout was designed to be easy and efficient.

9. Change just about any word in the app to fit your needs.
