3. Employee Tracker Pro allows employers to keep track of employee infractions as well as accolades.

4. The app can store the name of the infraction or accolade, the date and time, where it occurred, the supervisor on duty, employer reaction, a photo/image, and a detailed description.

5. Records can be sent via email- whether it's just one or all the actions a particular employee has earned.

6. Enter an employee's name, then add infractions/accolades at your convenience.

7. Send the data file to other users of the app with ease.
