2. WE like very dramatic type photos, inspired by world famous movies such as Amelie Poulain by Jean Pierre Jeunet, Angela of Luc Besson, War Horse by Steven Spielberg, Gone with the Wind by Victor Fleming, Gladiator by Ridley Scott.

3. PhotoSerge PLP (Photography, Lightroom & Photoshop) offers over 30 hours of free training on Photography, Lightroom & Photoshop to our Members, which is easy and free to sign up.

4. Learn how to shoot and retouch dramatic Landscapes, amazing Black & White photos, HDR, Digital Blending, and learn how to do Composites and Time Lapses.

5. We retouch most photos with Lightroom, and if really needed, the finish touches in Photoshop.

6. For landscapes we use mainly the Canon 17-40 F4 and sometimes the Canon 24-70 2.8. When we shoot portraits we also use the Canon 70-200 F4, but mostly the 17-40.

7. Sometimes if the scene has a lot of contrast we will do several exposures and blend them using the layers in Photoshop.

8. We also use to do a lot of HDR using Photomatix, but we use this less and less as we can get a more natural pleasing result using just one raw file with Lightroom.

9. We shot a full series of photos for about 8 years in Paris where every shot would look like as it comes straight out of a movie.

10. Our workflow has really evolved from mostly Photoshop to 90% Lightroom and 10% Photoshop.

11. We shoot with a Canon 5D Mark 2, Canon 7D.
