Device Disconnected error

I can’t connect to this app since 15th October and every time trying to connect a message appeared device disconnected “Make sure your device is turned on and then connect again” although the device is on and I’m connected to the WiFi

Frustrating

It suddenly stopped working after the latest update. Every time I open the app. it says “no connection” while I’m surfing the internet normally but I totally lost control on my device

Managment

I can’t use the app cause it’s requiring the router management password and I tried all the password that it can exists and none worked .. can I have any help ??
