Great Application: Lousy Customer Support

app is a beautiful piece of technology. Truly useful and very aesthetically pleasing. Which is why I decided to upgrade my account. But, even though I have recieved my bill through Apple store, the application itself fails to see that I’ve upgraded. The worst part is, there is *no where* to actually submit a complaint. The steps to reach customer support are ridiculous and there is no way to submit a complaint for a “basic” user (even though I’ve paid for a Premium account!). I’ve already had a chat with Apple customer support, who confirmed my purchase and said I need to talk to the developer. This is a truly horrible customer experience.
