Won’t work with mobile data

I have downloaded the game last night and it worked wonderfully while connected to my router’s wifi. Today i decided to get out of the house to play the game but it does not work on mobile data. As soon as i spotted a foundable, i could not tap on it because it said that there’s an error with the network connection. I restarted the app, still on mobile data, but it wouldn’t even load. I had to go back home because playing the game outside was pointless.. please try to fix this issue because the games looks awesome so far and it would be a shame if i had to uninstall it. Thank you.

It’s annoying

Is it normal that my character stand still can’t go to any place and after finish the profile and saved hagrid what’s next I stand still nothing around me and it’s night Time seems in the map
