Waste of Universities Money

I couldn't even find myself to hit a star but I suppose I'll give one. I don't think there was any research on what students find important on and around campus. A static map of campus. Really? With the technical capabilities today this was a "check the box" project. Things lacking...UX design, interactive problem solving, confusing and unorganized layout, random list of resources, and responsive design wasn't implemented properly... If they paid $5000 they paid to much. I think students here could have built it better.
