I have tried numerous times to “verify my account” by providing the amounts charged to my credit card, and their system continuously said that I am entering the wrong amount. When this happened, I tried to talk to customer service to explain the issue and request their assistance. I was basically told that they don’t know why that was happening and that I must be entering the wrong amount. They took no ownership that perhaps there was an issue on their end, or try to provide me an alternate solution to the issue I was facing. Then the customer service representative told me that the only way I can verify my account now is by providing a picture of myself and a ton of personally identifiable information. I refuse to give any app more information than what is needed. I asked to speak with someone else who could help me like a supervisor, but of course this was their “person in charge”. When asked if they would be able to call me, they did not reply. They lost a customer in me. There are too many similar apps to give business to.

This people don’t know how to make an efficient App. They are dumb as hell, this stupid app doesn’t allow any credit cards and they are not professional enough to recognize it. They blame it on banks even when same credit cards work perfectly on other apps. They are all screwed, charged you way too much, steal your money and in addition force you to give tips! Horrible!!

I’ve used this app in Mexico and it is just ridiculous how stupid their verification system works. They have gone as far as making a big deal of signature in a back of a card. You guys really need to work on your verification system the fact that I was flag every order using the same account is just flat out stupid. Then your support is useless to help you. You guys really need to look into this
