Install IAA Tow app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using IAA Tow on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IAA Tow"
- The search will reveal the IAA Tow app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once IAA Tow is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IAA Tow.
- Now enjoy IAA Tow on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use IAA Tow,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "IAA Tow" » then Click "Install".
- IAA Tow will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Time consuming

New update is way to time consuming to fill out, need signatures and other nonsense. Have to type the whole vin in, instead of already having the vin on the page and just confirming it. Having to go they and choose the color of the vehicle and writing in the odometer, instead of having it already logged in when dispatch calls and confirms pickup and just having is as drivers confirming the information that should already be asked and already logged into the app by the call center. All In all it just makes a lot more work for the drivers and takes a lot longer time witch will result in less work and cars being picked up in a day.

Makes my job easier

At first it takes time to figure out but once you do it makes our job so much easier. If we could just figure out how to make payments without checks it would save so much time. Maybe virtual credit cards like other companies do or something similar. It’s so easy to get work now if another assignment falls through and payments are the only thing making that hard.

Too much screen swapping back-and-forth.
Would prefer it was formatted like the old paper form, would be much quicker to use.

Audio equipment....yes 0. no 0

Etc.
Bar code scan nice, however for those vehicles with no barcode the option to shoot a picture of the VIN. Like another driver stated, real pain in the _____ to type it in in the rain or dark especially.
Add camera light option for bar code scan when dark.
Always save data with a simple “clear page” option.

Payment section often loses data when you are ready to complete, has happened to me multiple times. Very frustrating when you’re trying to hurry to get tomorrow work.
To make running for you have the semblance of profitable, volume is essential, which gets back to time.
By the time a company pays their expensive insurance, fuel, basic maintenance and pay the driver minimum-wage there’s very little left and I say that as a driver not an owner.
I see the books 🤔

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but there’s times where I have loaded 2 cars and then a few minutes later it says I have no cars loaded.
