1. These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and we encourage people of every ability to take part; from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.

2. You can also view your friends' profiles and find out more about other parkruns and view all parkrun results.

3. parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world.

4. Our App will allow you to explore parkrun, keep an eye on your profile and run results.

5. If you don't already have a password for your parkrun profile, please visit and follow the instructions to create one.

6. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

7. If you experience a problem with the app crashing after installation/upgrade, please delete the app and reinstall.

8. When signing in, please user your barcode number with or without the preceeding A.

Download and install the parkrun app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using parkrun on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "parkrun"
The search will reveal the parkrun app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once parkrun is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including parkrun.
Now enjoy parkrun on PC.

Using parkrun on Mac OS:
Install parkrun on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.

How to download and use parkrun App on Windows 11

To get parkrun on Windows 11, check if there's a native parkrun Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing parkrun:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "parkrun" » Click "Install" to install parkrun
- parkrun will now be available on your windows start-menu.

What an awesome concept, and so well executed. The app has been very stable for me (looks like a lot of the bad ratings are pretty old). It could use an update, but really serves the purpose. this app is such an brilliant thing—saved my life!
Random crashes; good app otherwise

This app will randomly crash upon opening, requiring you to delete it from your device and reload it from the App Store. Quite a bother. Otherwise, it’s a good app for tracking your this app activities, goals, and running mates!
The app crashed and won't open

The "app support" link goes nowhere, so I'll post this here. I have an iPhone 6S plus. When the this app app opens, the screen goes blank, then the app closes. I've tried all the usual workarounds but nothing works. Can somebody fix it??
Great app that keeps on crashing

When the app works it’s a beaut, but it pretty much crashes each time I open it. You can delete and reload it and it’ll work again (after you’ve been through the pain of re-entering your profile and friends and family), but it won’t be long before it fails again.
