Install Intermedia softphone app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Intermedia softphone"
The search will reveal the Intermedia softphone app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Intermedia softphone is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Intermedia softphone.
Now enjoy Intermedia softphone on PC.

We have the service at our office and my line is capable of using the soft phone, some times the service is great but the other time the calls never come through when forward. This system is very much need for me as I tend to be out of the office and have calls transferred is a must but this system hasn’t been working so I’m looking to make other recommendations if this isn’t resolved.
Needs an update

Have been using this app for the past two years. It’s horrible. Calls constantly dropped or not connected (both WiFi and LTE). Lately the app crashes every time I start it on iOS 13. DO NOT UPGRADE to iOS 13 if you rely on this app. Anything better than this? At least update it!

Useless Developer did not creat an option to signup within the App.. No option to signup in the website as well.. Why this guys coming to App Store and wasting our times.. Who asked you to creat..
