It doesn't say profile picture maker it just says it'll make your photo circular. And that's what it does. Just select a photo and choose of where and it'll be a circle. Perfect app for the first step of making a profile pic

Thanks for being a decent person and not adding a watermark, so we'd have to pay to $1.99 remove it, to a simplistic circular photo like some other money-thirsty apps such as InstaProfile. You rock!
