Awesome App!

I’m literally SPEECHLESS! I’ve had an in-home daycare business for 25 years and rely on my the app camera’s daily. I have four of them set up throughout the house (Front door, Playroom, Crib room, and Cot room). When I purchased them years ago, the the app app that allowed me to view them were very difficult to set up. You could only view one camera at a time and it was frustrating. They later came out with a new app that allowed all camera viewing screen or individual and the set up wasn’t as difficult. Copying the camera’s to another device was a nice feature not having to do the start up process all over again for a different device and not too hard to do. I’ve used that one for a few years now. I just updated my device to a new one and noticed I couldn’t use the the app app to view my camera’s. Confused, I went and looked for an updated app and found this one. Wow! Set up on 3 different devices INCLUDING external viewing of my 4 camera’s was a BREEZE! The app quickly found all four camera’s, put in my the app user name and password and that’s it! I can view all camera’s at one time, individually, set it up for motion detection, full screen option and more! Thanks so much for such a wonderful app, free I might mention too! I love it and appreciate the speed and ease of set up saving me time during my very busy day:)
Got Foscam, Get OWLR!

I recently purchased and installed several the app IP cameras. I was impressed with the camera hardware but as many others have mentioned, the the app app leaves much to be deisred. My biggest frustration with it being the sluggish performance when accessing the cameras remotely as well as some stability issues. I did some searching and came across OWLR. What a huge difference! The OWLR app is rock solid (very stable). The setup was a snap. The performance on the LAN could not be better and the performance externally is very good. The support is also very responsive and top notch. I sent a message in asking about the status of alerts on OWLR for the app and I got a very prompt and professional response that alerts are in the later stages of development. I look forward to those new features being incorporated. I'll probably dump the the app app altogether once OWLR alerts arrive.
Motion doesn’t work and no support

Since changing iOS devices (new iPhone) my paid motion alerts stopped working. I looked to see if I needed to re-register and went through the process right up until the end where the robot said I’m already registered. I emailed OWLER support about this and was told I am NOT registered. Well, I can’t, since I already am! That was the last I heard from anyone at OWLER even after many emails for weeks. Yesterday the motion alerts magically started working again likely because of a new billing cycle, but now I can’t shut them off! Once again I emailed support and have been completely ignored. So my only alternative is to cancel my motion alert subscription and send my endless string of alerts I can’t shut off to the spam folder which could possibly get OWLER blacklisted on my email provider. So now I get to find a new app that really works. Think twice about using this app because trying to get this to work, and now trying to remove it from my email has proved impossible
Problems adding camera back on app in iPad

I am very frustrated with app on my iPad. First I did change internet providers but I have that all resolved now. I made the edits on my iphone and iPad and got the app to wk, “ip changes” however I was trying to see why I never have been able to control the camera via an app and decided to delete the camera on iPad and add back. Now the app will not recognize my admin login and password. I know it is correct and works on PC and my iPhone app still works however I did not try to delete camera there and add again. I have tried deleting app and re installing, clearing browser history and nothing works. The camera also works on the old the app app on iPad. Any suggestions?, Vince
