Install BlueLink Smart Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using BlueLink Smart Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BlueLink Smart Connect"
- The search will reveal the BlueLink Smart Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once BlueLink Smart Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BlueLink Smart Connect.
- Now enjoy BlueLink Smart Connect on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use BlueLink Smart Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BlueLink Smart Connect" » then Click "Install".
- BlueLink Smart Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App no longer connects to my thermostat

I noticed that my app stopped updating my thermostat information. I’ve tried to reset the app, even deleted it and reinstalled it as well as reset my thermostat and nothing happens. I’ve tried to research how to troubleshoot this issue and there is no support that I can get. The app is useless when trying to reset, it does not provide any useful information and my thermostat continues to say that it’s connected to my network but it just doesn’t work. This is extremely frustrating and I don’t seem to be able to get any answers. I would not suggest for anybody to use this app. Flat out horrible.

I use the app to check my thermostats both up stairs and down. If I forget to turn one up/down before I go to bed. It is also nice to lower the temp before returning to a hot house.
I tried the geofencing and it works ok but kills the battery on my cellphone so I don’t use it and more.

Frustrated

I have had this system for nearly a year now and I STILL cannot get the WiFi to hold for more than a week. I have reset and reinstalled many, many times. The the app WiFi network rarely registers on my WiFi options. I find the set up confusing and frustrating. I am unsure if this is an Apple only issue; I find it unlikely as the app is created to work with the Apple interface. This is not an issue of my internet connection. I am unable to contact anyone for help, other than the useless tutorials. Also, I find the force landscape app interface to be infuriating. In short, I LOATHE this system and find the app useless due to the connectivity issues I experience daily.

Works Great!

This app works great when paired with my thermostat. I check my house every few days when I’m away this winter to see if everything is ok with the heat and it gives me so much peace of mind to know what’s happening there. If the house temp needs to be adjusted because of freezing temperatures outside I can do that no matter where I’m at! In fact it’ll even let me know if it loses internet connection or WiFi is interrupted and then It resolves itself as soon as WiFi comes back up! Great stuff!!
