What a find!

The day before our Big Island trio, a friend mentioned this app. My husband and I try our best to avoid the “touristy” stuff with long lines and crazy prices. This app is such a gem! Extremely informative, easy to use with options along the way, depending on what you want to see and how much time you have. Don’t visit the islands without this!!
Big island Kona to Volcanoes

Wasn’t totally certain the purchase was a good one. Very quickly found out it was more than worth it! For sure, it was better than a guided tour with a personal guide. We followed most of the prompts and saw everything we came to the big island for. Well worth the purchase without a doubt.
Great App

Bought this app for our drive from Kona to the Volcano National Park. It was easy to use and very interesting and informative. It works With your GPS so you don't use data. There is a running commentary about the points of interest and the history of the big island of Hawaii as we drove to the national park. We did not miss a bit of the park using the app. We stayed late at the park to see the volcano glowing and have dinner at the Volcano House. The app was a welcome addition as it kept our interest on the long dark drive home. Well worth the app price. Didn't realize there was an app for the entire island till it was too late because I would have purchased it also
Needs a major update

Big Island hasn’t had lava flow in a year but the apple still talks like it does. Could lead to major disappointment when you get to the park and realize how out of date your information is.
