  • Pointless app in a world of useful health apps

    By Dub (Pcmac user)

Let me put it this way. This bloated, complicated app does almost less for me than my Bluetooth scale app. The biggest difference is my Bluetooth scale app actually integrates with my wearable device and phone. I use the the app app for one thing - knowing how many points I’ve earned through my surveys. I used to be able to use the moves app to earn money, which was a creepy app in its own right, and I could use the under armor app, but it wants $30 per month or so in order to give me useful information. All the while, all I really use is apple’s built in HealthKit and workout apps. How is there no integration of that system into this app? Cut out the BS and get to the source here. Why do I want to use my health insurance app to enter workouts? Stupid. Get rid of that and you can spend your time making architectural and integration updates instead of wasting your time on UX that is redundant. Insurance companies should be buying employees wearables to integrate with and truly offer health incentives through real-time monitoring. Car insurance companies offer free modules to track car performance - and its not mandatory, but people use them for discounts. Also, your faceID logon is broken. You have to trick it to enter your password, and I can imagine a lot of users can’t log in.
  • Nothing really works

    By Anda1a (Pcmac user)

The the app website is quite counterintuitive and clunky, but the app is way worse. No good overview to quickly find thing, it keeps logging out and refusing to track my activity, and in the journeys you can’t scroll so you can’t read the whole thing. I love the idea of this, and I love that my employer found us employees important enough to invest in this, but the app does not do a good job in tailoring information to the target audience (we are a hospital, it would be nice to recognize that we the average employee knows more about health than the average person), and it is incredibly user unfriendly, the app even more than the website. In stead of continuing to invest in pretty colorful design and photos maybe it’s time to get some user input and do some focus groups or test the app properly with feedback.
  • Terrible reliability is costing me $$

    By tb911 (Pcmac user)

What a terrible App! I cannot write enough bad things about this app. It doesn’t log my activity from my Apple Watch even though I’m synchronized with it. Customer service is like a parrot, repeating what I am telling them with no solutions. Apparently any time there’s an update on your iphone or watch, it boots you out of the tracking. This is costing me real dollars!!! Apparently I’m going to have to log in a bunch and validate it, exactly the last thing I want to do with a passive app. Total rubbish.
  • Nothing works!!!

    By CopperApu (Pcmac user)

Had this app on my phone from earlier this year. Thought the app would help me work through my journeys, but doesn’t. Simply put the app does not work. Try to complete a journey item, looks like it is working fine prompts to continue journey but item that you just marked complete is still on the list unchanged! Very frustrating program. Have commented to HR department about partnering with this group as well and how difficult it is to use their website and app.
