I can’t find a place to actually complain about this service, so I’m doing it here. I work for a restaurant that these guys pick food up from. I am a bartender in a sit down restaurant. I also put together take-out orders. I work for tips. My base pay is $5/hr. I’m sure this works great for fast food, but I cringe every time I see Transind on the ticket because I know I’m going to be wasting time and energy that could be spent with my customers that are actually paying me. Not everyone tips on take-out, but if you’re getting it from a sit down restaurant and a tipped employee you should and most do. It generally takes more time and effort to put together take-out orders than it does to take care of someone dining in the restaurant.

Terrible Delivery Service

I opened this app and thought it was a joke. There’s not one good thing to say about this service. Every item is up charged, they don’t even have the actual food options the restaurant offers. I tried to order Chick-Fil-A and couldn’t even make it in to a meal like you do when you order at the restaurant, you have to buy each item individually for an unreasonable price. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star then I would have. In conclusion it’s pretty much a scam, don’t use this service because they are just money grabbing.

A little over budget but ALWAYS on time.

I don’t care how many delivery people we’ve had through the year we’ve used this app, they have ALWAYS been on time. There’s only been one order that we had something missing bc of the restaurant, but other than that the app and service are great!!

Room for a great deal of improvement

Total cost is 3 times what you would normally pay for the food. Out of four deliveries they have only been on time once. They were 45 minutes late on one delivery. Offered no discount or any other kind of compensation. Customer service is not great. I predict they won’t stay in business long if they don’t improve in all of these areas.
