  • Don’t bother. Stay away.

    By Karebear1913 (Pcmac user)

I worked for this app and quit after a week. It was hard to try to help promote a company I so did not believe in. It is SO not worth it to be a runner. The company makes you charge only $2 per run, and they also don’t want you to be “overwhelmed” so you make max $6-10 per run that takes 30-45min just to drop the food off at all these different locations regardless how far they are from each other. They don’t let you choose to drop off food in one area. It is just kind of ridiculous if you don’t drive a Prius. Not worth it considering gas and time and carrying all these bags of foods/drinks. The company is also extremely disorganized behind the scenes. They put no thought into the people they bring on to the team, and the higher ups don’t see this. I can’t believe they chose some of the people they did to put in charge. I have also ordered from this app and the food takes 2 hours to come and you have no control over what a stranger is doing to your food before you receive it. I ordered fries once and literally had 3 French fries. Another time there was a bite in my sandwich. The company needs to figure out a way to reward the runners so that it is worth it to run and so they have more of an incentive to do it in a timely, respectful manner.
  • College student's best friend!

    By Bbslim (Pcmac user)

This app is very convenient whether you're a college student with free time looking to make a little extra cash every now and then or if you're a busy student and don't want to give up the time you could spend working on assignments driving to get food. Definitely a must have for any college student!
  • Mediocre

    By Gracex3x3 (Pcmac user)

This app is a great concept. I love that it allows anyone on campus to both order and deliver food. But, the app has a lot of room for improvement. Making money on the app takes a very long time. If you front $10 for an order and only make $13, you see a very tiny profit about a week later, which isn't great if you don't have a lot of money to front in the first place. Secondly, instead of paying you in one payment, they pay you in multiple small ones which makes things confusing. Lastly, although I always get a response from costumer service, I rarely get a helpful one. My first problem was resolved after over two weeks of back and forth messaging. My current problem has been answered by 3 different people, none of which are able to answer my question or point me to someone who does. It's very frustrating. In the end, this app has potential. But they have a lot of work do to.
  • Very janky notifications and messaging system and also why give $5 option for delivery

    By finglaowbr (Pcmac user)

First of all, I want to say I love the idea of delivery application. I was talking to my friends saying this would be great. And it can be great if they can fix some things. First of all, I have been using this app for quite a while and they haven’t fixed the messaging and update system. You do get the notification on the top pf the screen but when you go to the app to see the message, sometimes it doesn’t show the new messages for quite a while until you forcibly close the app and then re log on. Secondly, I think letting the deliverers choose the price of the delivery isn’t good. For the most part, most people choose $5 for delivery fee, which is pretty absurd when you look at other places that deliver to your door for much less, wheres this is $5 to pick up the delivery outside. Kind of ironic.
