The website forced into an app

Their is no difference between this app and the website. The developer was too lazy to add any substance to it. Use the website instead since you can open other tabs and because its faster too. I wish the design was made for a mobile platform with thought out design and useful features. Just a waste of storage. Love the company itself and their selection though this app is just unfortunate maybe they can hire new app developers.
No tax refund if you return an item from certain countries

This company doesn’t return the tax if you return an item. When the issue was raised, they said that I could have seen their disclaimer. It’s like being cheated then being told I told you so. They keep saying it’s their company policy, but it is not right for the customers. Basically they don’t take care of how their customers feel. Forgot this app and this company. Go shop on NetAPorter. Much better service there.
I never received my order!

They made me pay for standard delivery which is ridiculous for a company that makes 3x on products and I never received my order. When I contacted customer service they responded 24 hours later apologizing that they can’t help with that. Other stores delivered items to my hotel just in time for my vacation. this app ruined my trip! But the worst thing is that they don’t care.
Best High Fashion App. Period.

I love this app. So well organized, great sales, super fast shipping, amazing customer service, and on top of it all gorgeous packaging of your order. Hands down the best high fashion app out there.
