Install Dashcam Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Dashcam Viewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Dashcam Viewer"
The search will reveal the Dashcam Viewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Dashcam Viewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Dashcam Viewer.
Now enjoy Dashcam Viewer on PC.

Excellent app, excellent dash cam

I love how easy and intuitive this app is to use. Another reviewer complained that the cam always beeps and records an event every time he hits a bump; well under settings with the app all you need to do is change the sensitivity to the lowest setting. It works for even a bouncy 18 wheeler, I know! The app has been stable for me, not sure why another reviewer was saying it crashes. I have easily reviewed my videos and have downloaded them to my phone without problem. It’s so easy that I will download videos all the time. My last dash cam didn’t have WiFi and this really does make all the difference. The dash cam itself (I have the XW10) is very high quality. The lens is large enough that even at night enough light is gathered for a decent recording. And the video is very sharp and clear, much more so than my old Cobra. But using this app along with the WiFi and my iPhone is what really makes this dash cam a pleasure to use. ~SnoopCat~
Worst app for such a great dashcam!!

It’s a very unstable app. One wrong move and the app will crash and will give you a hard time reconnecting to the cam. If you’re lucky enough to get to the cam settings in the app without it crashing on you, it won’t let you save any changes you make. I bought the F800 model and the website says it has the ability to record time lapse videos to save memory space, but the app or PC software doesn’t say anything about any time lapse settings.. So far I’m stuck with factory settings on this camera but other than that it works perfectly and I’m liking it. I do recommend the camera itself as far as quality but I won’t recommend the app too much. The only useful part of this app is the ability to download clips from the camera straight to your phone.
Complete POS

I agree with the other poster. This app is a complete POS. I bought a F800 today, downloaded the app, and many times the app crashed and needed to be force closed then reopened. Furthermore, there were multiple times where it would stop responding and would need to be force closed and reopened. Unfortunately, each time the app is force closed and reopened, the F800 requires that it lose power before being able to reconnect to my iPhone 7 and being able to do anything via the app. Everything about this app is a giant POS, and I’ve yet been able to watch any dash cam video even though the F800 says it’s recording and the micro sd card has been put it. Very disappointed in this app and the F800 so far.
Works Great

I can't understand the bad reviews and it may have to do with the models people are using but this app runs great with my F770. It has occasionally crashed when navigating the menus "too fast" but otherwise it has run very well. To be totally honest though I prefer to view the video from the storage card directly onto my computer anyway. The Live View on your phone is pretty par but does not reflect the good quality of the final video.
