1. The Richland County Weather Information Network Data System (RC WINDS) is a meteorological project designed to provide live and historic weather information for our local communities.

2. RC WINDS is used by emergency response planners, local and national weather forecasters, the agricultural industry, utility providers and other entities that rely on live, accurate weather information.

3. RC WINDS is a network of weather monitoring stations, called Weather Hawks, located throughout Richland County, South Carolina.

4. Each station provides live and historic weather information in an easily accessible format.

5. RC WINDS, which is managed by Richland County’s Emergency Services Department, is funded in part by grants, businesses and charitable organizations.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RC WINDS"
The search will reveal the RC WINDS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RC WINDS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RC WINDS.
Now enjoy RC WINDS on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use RC WINDS,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RC WINDS" » then Click "Install".
- RC WINDS will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
