To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SIMPLE" » then Click "Install".

- Ticket history and payment history sections are always blank

- Animation in plan selection screen needs improvement

- Message center UI is not user-friendly

- App is buggy and doesn't load properly

- Slow speeds on videos despite promises of LTE speed

- Unlimited data is not truly unlimited as data is slowed down significantly after allotted 4G speeds

The only good thing about this app mobile is the price that you pay for service. Ever heard you get what you pay for. The service is actually crappy. Slow speeds on videos and they promise you LTE speed on videos. The this app mobile app is awful. It doesn’t load anymore. On the app they let you play games and stuff to earn a mint of free service. It’s in possible to get the 5000 points you need to get the free service. I’ve been trying to get the 5000 points since I first got this app in February. Only reason I have this app is becuz I still have an iPhone and the price. Everything else is terrible to me.

This service seemed promising with its “unlimited” data at first. They claim to slow your data after the allotted 4G speeds, which is reasonable, however this is a lie. I can’t load anything, not even a this app web page. To make matters worse, I was gyped out of 2 days of service thanks to this buggy app. I added a new month card on 12/2 but the service doesn’t begin until 12/3 AND they didn’t give me access to full speed data at midnight as is implied. Their website has very limited information and I can’t find anything about what to expect as this app Mobile is very unreliable at best.

I have been using this service for about five years, And although I have tried other prepaid company this has been the best prepaid service that I have experienced.I would highly recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and looking for great service.

App is good but why ticket history and payment history are showing always blank in all sections. At least a message should be there or should come back automatically after seeing a message. Also try to improve the animation in plan selection screen “All plan include”. Also message centre UI is disturb. Rest is good.
