Hugely disappointing app

I've been using the app for over a year. The in-app experience is actually great and the idea of mobile order is very convenient. But the engineering team failed some most basic hygiene functions of an app - so bad that I have decided to delete the app today and not go to a the app as long as there is an alternative within 5 blocks (I live in Manhattan so it basically applies to the whole city). I can't reload my account unless I go to a store. It has been going on for a few weeks and the store staff told me they've heard this issue many times. I reinstalled the app and can no longer sign in with my user name and password. I pressed forgot password and no email came from the app within an hour. I then decided to sign up with a different email address and the default address somehow was set to Kuwait and didn't let me enter an US phone number. You are asking a customer to jump through all the loops to figure out how to use this product. At some point enough is enough. It's borderline offensive to be so disrespectful of your customer's time. I decided not to reward a business like this with my further purchase. Huge disappointment. Can't believe a big company like the app would make such basic mistakes.

I had this app for year now. It had logged out of my account and it is not letting me sign in again, nor its letting me sign up with a new account (it says: theres an error, try again later). I figured i might have forgotten my password and I click the "forget password?" And type in my email so i could recieve an email to reset my password, and no email are sent to me to reset my password! Fix your app people.
If I can rate it zero star I would.

I don’t know how a well known company with this huge reputation has this kind of worst app ever. Still not optimized for iPhone 6 and beyond I can’t get into my account an error messages pops up, tried to reset my password 80 times no email for them. The Worst App Award Goes to you the app.
