1- Not only is Mc the slowest🐢 fast food delivery in Kuwait, 2- but also some of the customer service people have an attitude 3- the app is so annoying and couldn’t order through it plus what ( out of delivery time) means in the supposed 24/7 restaurant 4- the new sandwich is not available WHAT??? Seriously you guys think you’re the only fast food restaurant in the country???!!

Please remove those specific nationality from being representitives. They all are being so rude and there is no respect to the customer moreover they don’t stop lie. Sorry for writing this but really I am having continious issues with that.
McDonald’s will be disappointed with their local franchise in Kuwait!

Why waste your time in developing an app that DOESN’T WORK!! No one is checking if the customers are happy with the app or not? I agree to with the RUDE representatives. McDonald’s used to represent the highest standards in Kuwait among Fast Food chains. Such a shame.

According to the compatibility section of this app’s page on the App Store, it says it’s compatible for “iOS 7.1 or later.” My iPhone 6 Plus is running on iOS 11.2.2 and the app won’t even start up!!! It’s a useless app.
