I want to give No Stars!!!

Stars??? You want Stars? As far as I'm concerned, this app owes ME stars for having to deal with their terrible app? Their app before wasn't too bad but now it's a disaster. Not user friendly anymore. Making me log in each time is VERY frustrating too. I've done it twice and will now just call in my orders and dump the app. Plus, NOW they have integrated their point system into the app. It just gets in the way. Don't businesses know that we are well aware you don't give things away for free? A cheery message at the beginning of my this app app experience reminding me that I only have Exemouth of points to go before I get maybe a free bag of chips or a medium drink is demeaning and condescending. The guy that wrote this app needs to be either demoted or sent back to Slurpee machine repairman school. The executives that allowed this app to represent this app should be fired, tarred and feathered, given one days rations and sent off to see in a small colander. Likely the penny pinching greed has muddy the "quality product" waters.

After reading the current reviews and notice the app isn’t up to date in 64 but version. So it won’t install my iPhone with iOS 11. And it also looks terrible and it hasn’t been updated for at least 5 month. Come on this app. Hire someone to develop an app that works and have options like the qdoba, subway or other apps.
This app doesn’t even use touch or Face ID to log in. Or it doesn’t even allow to pay with Apple Pay. And it keeps crashing. Please fix this App. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
PS
I agree why does it have to use the web page to place orders. Look at Q-Dona’s app doesn’t require web page. Look into that company developer for making your app.

Could be so good!

Once it finally works it's great, but when it doesn't it's painfully bad. Fields clear when anything isn't right in another field so one typo and you get to input everything again. Then the pickup time times out and clears your fields again. It won't let me register my rewards card. I fill out the form and the register button does nothing. This new version wiped all my favorites so had to select everything again.

App wasn't good before, "updated" to worse

This app was barely functional before. I just tried using and found an update and had a moment of excitement. Unfortunately the time aspect of the app doesn't know how to tell time and will not allow me to complete my order.

Still unusable. Now it lets me order for pickup but only for times prior to whatever the current actual time is. 🤦🏻♂️
