When I spend $60 on pizza from the app, I don’t expect to have to go to my email to get my order number then go back into the app and enter my order number for me to earn the rewards. It’s one step below giving me a piece of cardboard and punch a star in it each time I go.

I feel like the developer is lazy and needs to update this app. It's like using a outdated website, on a current gen smartphone. Would be better off just using the browser instead of this app.
Missing Functionality

Why have online ordering without online payment? Also I have used this app 5 times and 4 times the restaurant did not receive the order though I received an email confirmation. The order process needs to be revamped or just put the menu on GrubHub. I just ordered and again they did not receive the order because the fax was down. Who has a fax machine anymore. Please make ordering electronic. Food is very good which is why I keep ordering though I end up calling it in because I receive confirmation email but I like to pay before I pick it up so I call to pay and they say they did not receive order and then I read order from confirmation email. It's almost funny how bad this system is. With everything automated today it is rare to come across a train wreck of an ordering system like this.
