I love this game and brown but customer service nonexistent

After I linked my the app account to this game, my gem balance has gone to zero. Guys please beware of this. There’s no turning back. There’s no warning to tell you this is going to happen. All your gems will be gone. I’ve contacted customer service twice. First time the feedback looks like an auto reply which was telling me to restart my phone and update the game wth. Second time they told me they are working on it with no specific time frame provided. I don’t think I’m ever going to get my gems back sob* Nonetheless, I’ve been playing this game as a guest for a little over a month now. This game is especially good for those who doesn’t have a stable schedule. You can leave it off and pick it up again with no trouble playing it because it isn’t really about competing with other players. At level 30 you can start fishing which is like a new game embedded in it. You can earn lots of gems from there. Just don’t cheap out on your fishing gears. I liked this game and hated the customer service. Hence, the two star. One star is for brown. The other star is for this game being fun and not laggy.

Not surprised the game is like it is, I have similar complaints for all of the app games and apps. Very little care or thought is given to all of us outside of Asia. We don’t get access to most of the good apps and games, we don’t get the free stickers that Asia gets - there are so many free packs Linked to company promotions for instance but we aren’t allowed to download them for some reason because we aren’t allowed to friend any of these official accounts so we don’t get their free Stickers. That’s just an example, but there are so many cool games I want to try but can’t because they aren’t available in our region. You’ve taken away games that I’ve played for years and years, discontinued utility apps that were cool, and same complaint with this game but in reference to the in app features. The app is greedy, for one.

I really like the game. Yes it almost copy of hay day but still it nice. And I really would give it 5 starts but am facing 2 things. Hope it will be fixed in future. First the loading is really long to move to another farm. Or even from ur farm to ur room. It takes so long. Which I have no idea why. Really guys u have to work on the loading time. Second. Buying from board. Why we can’t just buy from board we have to go to the farm it self. Which with the nice loading time. 90% of the times. The items is just gone. And u will spend almost 1 min just to go there seeing it gone. And come back >.<

Just ruined by some hacking tools!! You can feel that some bots are buying things so fast that you can barely buy a single thing you want to buy! Btw the trade system is so weak and lag and slow and ...... one more thing, this game is so greedy, not diamond but some design… its so much upset to spend 20 or 80 diamonds on detective brown buy something but finally you just get one single item over and over again. What a wasting time… is it so hard to make everything happen in the same chance? can you guys just design more friendly to users? Or is it so hard. I am a designer too, pls just think more about your fans
