2. The project was co-created by the Goggles (Michael Simons and Paul Shoebridge formerly from Adbusters) and the NFB Digital Studio Vancouver (Bear 71, Seven Digital Deadly Sins, Circa 1948, The Last Hunt).

3. A unique interactive reading experience using photographs, interviews, video clips and soundtrack to create an immersive compelling nostalgic narrative.

4. Soundtrack written and performed by the Besnard Lakes.

5. Imagine your hometown never changed.

Install Welcome to Pine Point app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Welcome to Pine Point on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Welcome to Pine Point"
The search will reveal the Welcome to Pine Point app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Welcome to Pine Point is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Welcome to Pine Point.
Now enjoy Welcome to Pine Point on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Welcome to Pine Point,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Welcome to Pine Point" » then Click "Install".
- Welcome to Pine Point will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
