Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pearl Updater"
The search will reveal the Pearl Updater app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Pearl Updater is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pearl Updater.
Now enjoy Pearl Updater on PC.

Beware this does not work with the app S version. In addition, only the app controls the connection to Bluetooth, you cannot do it from the phone settings.
Does not work. Bricked our scale. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This app is dangerous and should be removed from the app store. It has a high probability of bricking your scale and has no awareness what level of firmware the scale has. So, it will let you update the firmware even if the firmware is already updated.
Works only with iPhone6 or newer

iPhone5s excepted. Just so you know if you want to use the app with your scale you will need to buy the new phone. For me it's don't buy the scale.
