Please fix/improve this app

I downloaded this a few times , each time hoping to see some programs. But the contents never loaded. when I open the app after downloading, there is this red loading symbol going on and on but nothing comes up. If we go away and return to the app the red loading symbol is gone and all you see is a blank grey screen. I can not believe the app network’s app is this pathetic. Really sad :((

The user interface is awful. Watching two episodes of the same show is impossible. You have to go all the way back. To the home menu and navigate back to the following day. Terrible. Was clearly meant for people who aren't binge watching
