Latest update killed the app so now we can’t log in on our phones. Tried deleting and reinstalling and it won’t work. Made new user name. No luck. Clunky user interface at least used to work- now it’s worthless for remote access! Fix it, please!
Love the app but some features can be added

It’s a good little app and I use it all the time to check my house when I’m in bed. My only complaint is that the play back should have a fast Forward button like the actually camera system. It’s annoying when you have no choice but to watch 20 minutes playback minute for minute when your just need to find a “split second” of footage.
No work when off WiFi

So here it is again, can’t access video from app when away from home WiFi. This has happened in the past and when I called they blame my phones carrier and software. Which is bogus since it worked fine before. Seems to happen whenever a software update happens on iphone for me. But what’s the point of this brand if it does not get with the times. As I read these reviews I have yet to them respond.
App Stopped Working

Have had my camera system for a year and a half, but within the last day, the remote access from my mobile phone quit working. I’ve checked for updates to the app, but there are none. I have verified that my cameras work, viewing them from my television, and they work fine. The app needs an update, which I have never seen since owning this system. the app, save your name and send out an app update!
