Install P2P Chat - Secure communication over Ad-Hoc, WLAN, or LAN networks app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "P2P Chat"
