Love the bags, not the app

Love this app bags. All are excellent quality. A couple of things to improve on: 1. Returns and refunds take 5-6 weeks. This is way too long. 2. The app keeps merchandise in cart for months. Not very user friendly when reviewing the final order. I have accidentally ordered 3 bags instead of one. 3. It would help if the company offered price adjustments instead of having to order new items and have to ship the original ones back.

Fairly easy to use but the web site is easier and has more information. Also, the currency can be selected on the web site but I can't figure out how to change it from British pounds to US dollars in the app. I haven't tried to purchase anything from the app yet so am not sure how smoothly that will go.

This is the U.K. version. Offers more items then the wed page. But is not in US dollars. I was told there was a US version this app but I cannot locate it
