To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Lock Screen Note,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Lock Screen Note" » then Click "Install".
- Lock Screen Note will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Doesn't work and not needed

After trying this and another app trying to get to-do reminders to show and stay on the app screen with no success, I found out that it can be done with the iOS Reminders app in iOS 9 or later by setting an alarm for any time from a minute later forward and having the app screen notifications turned on in settings. It shows up as long as it is not marked completed.
