Still love ‘em, but...

...this one was far more frustrating for me than previous Sato games. And the dilemma for me is that I thought the creativity of the puzzles was better then previous games, but the hiding places for clues were way more obscure and left to chance more than logic. At the risk of a spoiler:

At least 3 clues are in, on or behind things that - tap as I might - only were found by sheer luck, hitting the sweet spot on a wall, chair, etc. As with other games I’ve played by this developer, once the clues are found it’s clear what to do with them. But finding them shouldn’t be left to chance, there should be a little bit more clarity/logic involved.

I've played enough the app games to know that you need to check everything. But the puzzles were very entertaining and I love the connections that had to be made to move on. Fantastic, colorful, I love this man's work.

This was a pretty cool game--it was fun if you only had time for a short game. It was hard, but not too hard. It had good graphics and was easy to move around and pick up things--a winner!

Good but not great

Had to use a walk through a couple times, not because it was too challenging, but because parts of the game (e.g., looking behind the couches, finding the secret panel) were not intuitive that you could get to the particular area that needed investigation. Felt a little gimmicky.
