No one will help me

Please someone help me with the app. I bought a base level 510 Kevin Love in the auctions and after spending a lot of timing trying to level him up I finally got him to 18. Last night when I tried to improve him from 18-19 at which it told me he would be about a 1016 rating I woke up this morning for him to be a level 19 basescore 497. I’m just wondering why he is now worse after leveling him up 19 times l, than when I bought him in the first place. I would like an explanation as to why I can’t increase my players like I used to be able to. It’s a great game and I hope that this is something you can fix or else I’ll probably uninstall it seeing how you can’t move forward. I tried to submit a claim but each time it told me the number is wrong. There is no way to get in touch other than the form I’m supposed to fill out that won’t let me submit. Can someone please direct me to an email or something this is very frustrating. You think they would want the app to be user friendly
Fix the trade system

All in all this game is good,but the trade system is that bad,with such limited choices of players to buy or bid,how am i suppose to upgrade my player to the next planet if their dupes is never shown up in the trade? It's been weeks already,how long should i wait until they shows up?months?years?or wait until my next life?seriously tho,why not put all the players in the trade system,because apparently you rotation trade system is that bad and it's punishing us from moving up the planet,if you just gonna show us that same players over and over again in the trade rotation system,why don't you erase all the players that you only got for the first time choosing your team?from the the first time i've been playing this game until now i never seen derrick rose up in the store or the auction,so,how am i supposed to upgrade him? Is MJ in the game? I never seen him too,until you fix it i'm giving it a 1 star rating for now.

This app is one of the hidden gems I’ve found over the years . It’s fun building and growing a team to rival anyone’s. This is a must have for any NBA fans . I’ve picked up the mandatory greats and I’ve also risked it by grabbing younger players who I think will be worth much more than they go for currently, down the line . Although there is a few glitches the support team is the best and fastest I’ve ever experienced . NBA 2K should work with these fellas and learn how to handle things . There always ready to help and get back to me very fast. This team deserves to be rewarded and I hope they grow . I couldn’t imagine how great they will be down the road when people have caught on to how great they are.
Trades

Overall, it’s a great app and I love it sooo much. However, it think it would be cool if you could trade some players on your team for in-game cash to spend on new players, kind of like setting up your own auctions. This only a suggestion though, so if you are thinking of getting this game then I highly suggest it! Edit: I think you should be able to auction off players for cash. The starting price would be the price of that player in normal auctions, and levels would not reset when sold. Right now, getting cash can be hard, and with constantly changing player values, it can be necessary to replace your entire team at any given moment. Plus, releasing a plster you spent a lot of cash on can be very hard, so why not be able to get money for it?
