  • Good but not great

    By Hardrock04actual (Pcmac user)

To be completely honest, a lot of the use of this application is dependent on the individual user. I like the fact that they add new things on a regular basis and give you the opportunity to try new things. One of my concerns, as a semi disabled veteran, walking 10,000 steps a day is not possible. I wish there were other opportunities to walk that don’t require 10k steps a day. This might seem trivial, but every time I take a look at that number, I feel frustrated. It is highly unlikely that I’ll ever walked 10,000 steps a day on a regular basis again. Otherwise, I think this app has great opportunity for many people trying to achieve a balance in their life. I would absolutely recommend this to my friends. If nothing else, logging in every day can provide you an internal glimpse of your own dedication. At the end of the day, what we get I don’t life has a direct correlation to what we put into it. We are seldom rewarded for doing the things that we should be doing already. If any improvement were to be made, I would recommend an evening alert to let you know if you have not logged in and recorded that days activities. Sometimes the day gets away from you, and you simply forget to document your achievements.

I really enjoy the webinars. I do not have a computer at home and sometimes we are too busy at work to get onto this app every shift to see what new things are available and so sometimes I miss deadlines to begin high point webinars. Since you offer to a long timeframe to watch them why close out who can join? There are times I can do a few at a time and get caught up. Also, I swear I do not get points posted for things I’ve completed but nowhere does it say who to contact about this nor is there a place to see where I’ve been given the $90 on my paycheck after I’ve completed a level. It just says the date completed. Who do we contact for dates of payment? Now that we cannot go back and see checks from more than a few months back it is frustrating not knowing when the payouts were given. My payout for the year doesn’t reflect the level I’m at. Thank you for reading. Also I hope you can off more team walk challenges I enjoy those. And maybe something the outpatient groups can do. The high point lunch and learns are first shift base and liberty oriented so I guess more high point individual options would be helpful to people like me.
  • Great app, minor bug.

    By Md7204 (Pcmac user)

I like the app. I find myself trying a little harder than I normally would to complete goals, especially team challenges. The app has made a difference for my overall health and wellness. One minor issue- on the “improve“ screen and particularly for “step challenges”, if I don’t enter steps before midnight that day it doesn’t log them on the correct day. It doesn’t matter if I change the day at the top of the activity. Case in point: I tried to log 9k steps for Friday on Sat. AM. I changed the day dropdown on top of screen to Friday & logged my activity. When I look back at the activity it shows the steps for Sat. & 0 for Friday. Workaround is to use the website to log activity. Please fix, then the app is 5 stars.
  • You gotta be kidding me

By J. Snow dog (Pcmac user)

What a piece of junk. Slow as it could possibly be. It took 10 minutes to work my way through the registration screens, and it's been so slow that I can't sync it with my device. If it weren't for the healthcare bonus offered by my employer, I would uninstall immediately. I'm beginning to think, however, that you could not pay me enough to use this app. There might be something good on the other side, but for now it's the essence of bloat ware and spyware. It turns over a disquieting amount of personal information to my employer. Not sure that this level of intrusion should even be legal. At the very least, fix the speed issue. All my other apps, including some that are far more sophisticated than this one, run just fine, so don't talk to me about needing to upgrade. This is even slower than the previous snail record holder: MS Outlook. It's quite an accomplishment to do that, guys.
