Maybe the designer things that he is very smart and will be able to sell his product piece by piece. There are many alternatives without any gimmicks for free or very little cost. Be aware, that you will be asked to buy entries on increments two dollars for 10 entities. Good luck.

When u enable full access, it asks you for the developer to use ur iPad, basically this is just a marketing gimmick for the developers to hack into ur iPad and use all ur money.
