Can't get past 1st step

Set my camera to the app, entered pswd and camera said connected to app. App said failure. Closed app several times, each time I reopened and hit connect it immediately said failure without any attempt to reconnect. Also app crashed

Doesn’t work

First thing once you open the app it tells you to connect the camera then a pop up that says it failed to connect. Piece of crap thank goodness it’s free
