this app is a great app for all 15000 owners. It is a detailed user guide with videos on using your 15000. Covers feet and features and embroidery. You will use this app over and over again. Worth the fee.

I thought long and hard about sinking money into an app when Janome should have it covered, but they don't. Not even close. This app is worth every cent! Glad to have it Customer support is amazing but not anything buggy to report. These developers are simply there for their users and responsive. All the missing stuff from the Janome manual, their limited website and YouTube channel are here in coherent, professional and incredibly helpful explanations in text, videos, projects, resources and more. Now I can really learn how to make the most of the app big investment in the MC 15000. The cost of this app is small as I look at how the app capabilities with the machine have expanded enormously.

This app provides videos for all of the Janome 15000 functions. What knocks it out of the park is that it also provides video instructions for the Horizon Link software and the Acu Edit, Acu Design and Acu Monitor apps. Also, I had a question regarding how to pause and rewind the videos and I was able to email the developer and received an answered within the hour. Wow talk about customer service ! I just purchased this feature rich machine and there is so much to learn. I am so glad this app is available. I highly recommend purchasing this app, you will be up and running in no time.
