- Pleasing graphics with just the right touch of animation

- No option to play against friends, only against the computer

- Impossible to beat the computer in the highest level

- Newest version has slow and chunky animation that cannot be skipped

- UI Safe Areas not implemented properly for iPhones with a Home Indicator, causing annoyance and difficulty in playing cards.

Best Cribbage App ever ...

I’ve been playing cribbage for 50+ years, I can normally walk through any other app with an 80% win ratio. According to the stats on this game, in the 943 games I’ve played in 61 & 1/2 hours I have won only 440 games (46.7%). Exceptional AI and very pleasing graphics as well as just the right touch of animation whereas it does not distract from the game play. As mentioned by others, would love to play against others (by invite only vs. random player). Would also like to personalize my Avatar with either my photo (preferred) or rendering a pseudo “pseudo” look alike one along as selecting the opponent avatar. Kudos on a job well done!
Nice, but needs updates for iPhone X and newer

I really want to like this game, as it’s overall a good game with decent graphics and animations. However, the developer hasn’t implemented the proper UI Safe Areas for iPhones with a Home Indicator and this causes great annoyance. Since the “play a card” mechanism is a “drag the card” gesture, and the cards are located right next to the Home Indicator, about a third of the time I try to play a card, the OS sends me to the home screen instead. These devices have been available for more than two years and you’d think it would have been fixed by now.

This would be more fun if you could play against a friend, but it is fun and helps you stay brushed up on your skills. Impossible to beat the computer in the highest level, they know each move.
Decent play, but new version is choppy

The newest version of the app has some fancy animation, with automatic panning and zooming of the board. The problem is, this seems to be slow and chunky, and there is no way to click past it to get on with play. I preferred the older, simpler version - good cribbage without the different views. Wish I could downgrade to that version!
