Install HRGX for iPad app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HRGX"
The search will reveal the HRGX for iPad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HRGX is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HRGX.
Now enjoy HRGX on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use HRGX,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "HRGX" » then Click "Install".
- HRGX for iPad will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Freezing/Low Memory

Application freezes almost immediately. Occasionally it tells me low memory. I also use the application for iPhone and it performs much better. Disappointed because I use Honeywell DVR's in 3 locations with a need for 2 more locations but I am hesitant to install these 2 because of this remote application for iPad. Please fix,I already had to move to FLIR for 1 building but would very much like to stay with Honeywell.
Honeywell Not Updating their Software Issues IOS11

Why hasn’t Honeywell fixed the software issues yet⁉️ I can’t view my home security cameras anymore since updating my iPad. I’m so disappointed 🙁 Honeywell should have sent out messages as a courtesy to warn iPad users not to update or we would loose our remote access... Honeywell needs to fix this problem asap‼️
Software problems

The software has numerous problems and the system is unreliable. I would not recommend Honeywell and I’m looking to replace them.
Look Elsewhere for a Camera Solution

We purchased a 16 camera system with the promise of support from Honeywell. As you can see from the comments here there is no 64 bit update for the software to work with iOS 11. The system has extremely low support for reviewing camera footage. No fast forward to rapidly view activity.
