Install Lumy app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Lumy on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Lumy"
The search will reveal the Lumy app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Lumy is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Lumy.
Now enjoy Lumy on PC.

Great investment for traveling photographers!

First of all I love app. It's clean, very helpful and it's the easiest way to take better photos because you put your subject in the best light right away. When booking clients locally and out of state it's the fastest way to get sunrise and sunset times as well as magic (golden) hours. When booking weeks, months or more than a year in advance you can get times sorted. Very helpful. Here is the best part...I emailed them with a few suggestions and they not only responded, but used an idea. They actually are real people behind this and I support this super helpful and handy app.

I’ve been using this app for a while now. I love the new “extra dark” mode! I also love that they fixed the bug where it wouldn’t automatically adjust or save the time zone. This app has improved greatly! **Feature Suggestion for Future Updates*** Put a calendar function in the app that allows the user to select any day and see the golden hours for the selected day! So if today is Oct 16, 2019, then I could open the in-app calendar, select Jan 14, 2020 and see the times for that day. Thanks for the great app! I use it regularly!

This update is impressive. It fixes many of the app’s shortcomings and adds some nice new features. I’d like a way to edit locations and hopefully that feature will appear in a future update soon.
Time zone and morning time discrepancy. Don’t recommend.

App does not correctly adjust time zone to location. Located on the west coast (correctly located me) but continues to revert back to mountain time instead of pacific time. It does this each time I open the app and I have to manually change it. I can see this as being an issue if one doesn’t realize it’s on incorrect time and trusts the given time. Unfortunately the morning magic hour is also not correct - it should come after sunrise but in this case is listing it as before. I would not have purchased had I known these two flaws. Will be using a different app.
