- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Tawk.to on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tawk.to"
- The search will reveal the Tawk.to app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Tawk.to is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tawk.to.

Really great app

Although this is a great app I wish we can see past visitors information like where they found us pretty much like when they are on the website all there information but when they have left the website

So far so happy with the app/integration options. I really like being able to swap properties within the app/ website. I hope to have a fully functional business soon, that will allow me to tap into the 1.00$ an hour/ service offered. Starting out I may have to shorten the hours but we’ll see. This is something I randomly came across and is pretty amazing. I think it’s worth it if you’re going to be in business. Haven’t used support yet, but I think they will be great also.

Terrible customer service

For a company that provides a customer service tool, they provide horrible customer service themselves.
I recently contacted them to make a simple change to our account, but it ended up taking three weeks and a dozen emails and chat sessions. Their chat agents seem to be powerless to do anything, and emails to tech support are ignored.
Will be looking for a different chat provider because I'm not about to spend hundreds of dollars per month for zero support when we need it.

Great free live support app WHEN IT WORKS

The problem with this app's iOS agent app we have been having is sometimes it will log out and not give any indication. This means you'll just not receive chat notifications and not realize you are missing messages from customers!! The app should at least have a notification when it gets logged out alerting you to open it and log back in. But there is no such alert :(
