What is Access by KAI? KAI ACCESS is the official application issued by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) that provides convenience and service to customers. It offers features such as ticket cancellation, rescheduling, purchasing local train tickets, reservation of intercity train tickets, and e-boarding pass.
1. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account.

1. Ticket Cancellation: Customers can cancel their tickets without having to queue at the ticket counter. Refunds are immediately transferred to the registered customer account 30 days after the cancel process is carried out.
2. Reschedule Ticket: Customers can change their travel schedule without having to go to the ticket counter. They can simply click on the e-ticket on the "My Trip" menu and select the reschedule button.
3. Purchasing Local Train Ticket: Customers can purchase local train tickets 3 hours before the train departure without having to queue at the ticket counter.
4. Reservation Intercity Train Ticket 1 Hour Before Departure: Customers can buy go-show tickets on the way to the station without having to queue at the counter.
5. E-Boarding Pass: Customers can show their e-boarding pass on their mobile to the boarding officer instead of having to print it on the CIC machine.
