3. The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center (MSAHC) was created more than 45 years ago specifically to serve adolescents by helping young people access the services they need to make responsible, informed decisions about their health care and their lives.

4. Today, the Center stands as the largest and most comprehensive program of its kind in the country and as a successful model for other adolescent focused health care efforts.

5. MSAHC offers a comprehensive array of medical and reproductive, and mental and dental health services, plus prevention, health education, and support services.

6. The MSAHC is finding ways to bridge the gap between the need for, and the delivery of, health care among teens.
