- App disconnects daily and won't sync to standard Bluetooth connection

- App gets confused between kg and lbs, displaying incorrect weight and goal weight information

- Difficulty in connecting to phone, even when the scale is in hand.

app is infuriatingly difficult

First of all while it paired all right, once i pushed button on back, there is no way to know which device it is in your bluetooth list. The number absolutely does not correspond to any number on the device. Then if your scale is set on kg not pounds you have to remove and replace batteries in order to change the measurement units so they correspond to units on app. This procedure is not indicated anywhere. i removed and reinstalled the batteries only out of complete frustration. Not easy to switch users either. The only user of scale, i am stuck at user 2 because that’s what the scale insisted on, giving me error messages otherwise . The app menu does not provide all that the Tips claim it does (not in IOs at any rate) and usually when i tap on one item in menu a different item opens The settings menu is nearly empty except for the ability to switch to manual measurements — no other setting change is even offered. This app is the most unintuitive and user UNfriendly app i have ever installed and i have installed hundreds! About the scale itself, and accuracy i cannot judge as i never used it till now though i bought it a year ago or more. I had no idea connection and using it would be so difficult!

App does the bare minimum but it does what it’s supposed to do. I would like it more if you added a feature to the Weight Scale dashboard where you can choose “yearly” or even “all time”. I’d imagine people would like to see their progress more than what happened in the month
Disappointed

I received this scale via virgin pulse reward. Pairs only via app and disconnects daily. Won’t sync to standard Bluetooth connection for more than a se kind. Have to reset daily. Changes weight metric choice daily. Not going to bother with connecting to app as it’s just too much work to connect daily to app Bluetooth setting. Even when it is connected to the Bluetooth in app settings, it doesn’t show as connected on standard Bluetooth settings. Wouldn’t waste my money sending back pay scale. I chose black, probably should’ve gotten white as it shows lots of dust. Pretty nice out of box if you don’t mind cleaning frequently.

The app gets kg and lbs confused. Like it has my actual weight in lbs but shows it as kg (example: i weight 190lbs and the app is showing my weight as 190kgs) then it changed my goal weight from 150lbs to 70kg (which im sure is the conversion from lbs to kgs) so its telling me i need to lose 120kg when really i need to lose 40lbs to meet my goal... also, the only time it has ever connected to my phone was the first time i used it. I can have it in my hand on the scale and it still wont connect to my phone (i have the iphone x if that helps)
