Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WindCheck"
The search will reveal the WindCheck app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WindCheck is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WindCheck.

Works fine, but elevation shown is in meters, not feet.
Very simplistic and to the point.

This is a very simple way to look at the winds in an airport. One BIG flaw is that it does NOT offer the Wind Gusts when they are available in the METAR.
