  • Completely Unusable

    By Hydrolaze (Pcmac user)

Saying that this app crashes constantly is a grave understatement. I am rarely able to do anything in the app, as it consistently crashes within 0 to 15 seconds of me opening it. Even doing something as simple as going to a task and downloading an image can take upwards of a dozen attempts, since the app can crash at any point during the process. It seems to me like there is a disconnect between this app's development team and the management, as I can't imagine the developers were proud to push this broken product to the App Store. I would warn the management to consider whether this rate of updates is worthwhile, as they are badly damaging their service's reputation. My coworkers and I complain much more about this app's instabilities than we praise its new features.
  • Was A Great App, Latest Update Broke Everytging

    By Bummer Toons (Pcmac user)

The mobile app worked great, but several weeks ago, the developers issued a new update, and now nothing appears in the inbox or my work tabs. Nothing shows up in the “shared with me” section. I have literally dozens of tasks and folders (which you also can no longer view) and templates (guess what, you can’t view those, either). I have new notifications / mentions on the desktop version, which thankfully still works. I also no longer receive any type of notifications (yep, they’re turned on, all types). These problems exist consistently whether connected to WiFi or cellular data networks (with cellular data turned on for this app). If it were possible to create an app which is nothing more than a paper weight, this is it. Unfortunately, this makes this app a far less useful business app than the powerful business collaboration tool it used to be.
  • Website great, app so-so

    By ProductiveUser (Pcmac user)

this app is a powerful system and the web-based interface is intuitive. But the iOS app is odd and limited. For example, you can add a folder but can’t alter it’s name. There are two panels that sometimes work in tandem as you’d expect (with one showing a drill down of the other), but other times they seem completely independent. For example, you might be showing a project in the left hand pane and you’d expect associated tasks to be in the right hand pane but instead the right hand pane still show the previous task you were looking at from another folder. And there are many things that just aren’t editable or movable in the iOS app. If you plan to be on your desktop 95% of the time, then this iOS app could be a helpful view into your work in a pinch. But hope to use your iPad or iPhone for working your projects, I would look to another project management system.
  • Ok for Single Project/ Company, Not For Freelancers

    By MyNicknameIsJ_ (Pcmac user)

I’m a freelancer that’s been using this app (browser version) for years for multiple projects. I love it. I downloaded the app mostly for communication, so I could reply to teams and view attachments easily - I often want to know what’s changed in a doc. The actual work gets done on my PC though. The app is sort of ok and might work if I only had one project/ company, but it forces me to log in each time I toggle to a new one. Today I knew I’d seen something hit my inbox I needed to rely to but couldn’t remember which company it was for. I went through all of them (took several minutes between logins and fat fingers miskeying) but the comment wasn’t visible in any. So, I went to my email and clicked the link there, then got a “can’t open link” error message explaining I either didn’t have permission or the link was bad. :/. I just went back to the desktop version. Sigh. I wasted more time trying to view the dang comment than I did in the entire span it took to boot my PC and reply like normal.
