Download and install the EyeMed Members app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using EyeMed Members on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EyeMed Members"
- The search will reveal the EyeMed Members app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once EyeMed Members is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EyeMed Members.
- Now enjoy EyeMed Members on PC.

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing EyeMed Members:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "EyeMed Members" » Click "Install" to install EyeMed Members

Very simple setup

I entered my personal info and then my last 4 of my social to setup the the app App and “Walla!” Easy Peezy Smooth & Easy . It was the easiest process I’ve ever done signing up for any health benefit app. I haven’t used the actual benefits yet but this app sure makes my life a little bit less hectic by not having to keep track of a flimsy paper membership card.

The worst app I have ever used

I am a current member of the app. I wanted to use the app for convenience. I have a new phone and because the app detects that this is a new device it sent a token ( 5-7digit number) to my personal email. Every time I enter the number the app says it is not a valid token/ number. I requested a new token to verify and the same thing happened. The app is on some sort of loop and is no accepting the number to verify the account do better the app app developers! This really has me p#%%% off. If I could give this app a negative rating, I would.

Have to create an account

My card did not show a member id so when i created an account, i used the last 4 of my social and my personal email address. Once i went thru the 3 steps, added the confirmation #, and completed the steps, i was able to log in and then i saw my member id # on the view my card tab.
I gave it 3 stars only because i havent used it yet but so far it seems ok.

Apple Wallet add issue

Its a good app. I like it. But for the life of me I can’t figure out how to export the card into my Apple Wallet. I’ve even tried tweeting the app. No luck yet. The instructions aren’t clear and I don’t see an export button when you go to the card. So as of now, I can’t rate this a 5 star until that’s explored and fixed or they remove the fact you can add it to Apple Wallet because you can’t currently.
